Return & Replacement Policy
At Renew ABS Specialists, authorized returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging.
- A 30% restocking fee may apply unless otherwise approved by Renew ABS Specialists.
- Special order and custom ABS components are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless pre-approved in writing.
- Products that have been installed, modified, programmed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Renew ABS Specialists is not responsible for labor, installation, towing, diagnostic, programming, rental vehicle, or related expenses.
Special Order Items
Certain OEM ABS modules, ABS pumps, and complete ABS assemblies may require special ordering for a specific vehicle application.
- Once a customer approves the order and payment or deposit is received, the amount becomes non-refundable.
- Special order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
- VIN-matched or vehicle-specific ABS components may be considered special order items.
Shipping Policy
Renew ABS Specialists ships throughout the continental United States.
- Standard delivery time is generally between 7–14 business days depending on availability and delivery location.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST for in-stock items are typically processed within one business day.
- Shipments may be sent through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or approved freight carriers.
- Orders may be shipped to residential addresses, repair shops, dealerships, or commercial locations.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the item and original packaging and notify both the shipping carrier and Renew ABS Specialists within 48 hours of delivery.
- Document any visible damage and missing items before installation or use.
- Do not return any item without written authorization from Renew ABS Specialists.
- After inspection and approval, a replacement, store credit, or resolution may be provided if applicable.
